Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Understand the client requirement and post jobs in required job portals / social media
  • Develop and implement search strategy that includes recruitment agencies, employer websites,
  • job boards and social networks.
  • Filter the resumes as per the client requirement (skill, experience and knowledge), perform basic screening, schedule interviews for the shortlist candidates
  • Perform client onboarding
  • Perform background verifications of the newly recruited employees
  • Ability to interact with the clients on call and email on their job search services.
  • Maintain employee records
  • Create/Update company policies
  • Performance Reviews

Experience:

  • 3-5 Years

Skills Required::

  • Position is primarily for hiring employees Elderly Care in US and hence MUST POSSEESS excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience working in US Healthcare Domain is an advantage.
  • Must possess a PG degree in HR.
  • Should have a minimum 2 years’ experience as an overseas recruiter.
  • Experience in Health care industry is a big plus.
  • Ability to build a sourcing and posting strategy for a range of roles, levels, and functions.
  • Must have experience on mapping and sourcing resumes and jobs from all sources.
